Fund Establishment
We will assist in determining the appropriateness of a self-managed superannuation fund for the growth of your superannuation benefits and achievement of your retirement goals. We will explain the obligations of trustees (including those as a director of a corporate trustee) of a self-managed superannuation fund to comply with the regulations imposed on them.
We will assist with the establishment of the appropriate Trust Deed including the necessary trustee resolutions, member applications, ATO registrations including Tax File Number, Australian Business Number, GST, PAYG (if applicable), and Notice of Complying Fund.
